I have decided to change things up a little and send these emails on Friday instead of the weekend so you can take advantage of the recipe or meal prep idea that comes with the email.

Something to think about
I was speaking to a woman in her 60’s today and she told me about how she is active every day and though she doesn’t lose any weight she has a much better quality of life than many of her friends.
As a parent, one of the biggest gifts you can give yourself (and pass onto your children) is the habit of daily exercise and activity.

Workout of the Week
I call this 9 minutes in Heaven… it sucks
3 minutes of as many push ups you can do
3 minutes of as many squats you can do
3 minutes of as many biceps curls you can do
We use this in my fitness classes as a fit check periodically. Track your numbers and do it a few times a year to see your progress!
