Quick fitness for parents in less than two minutes
“We’re all going to be 75 one day… what that looks like depends on what you do today”
If your not taking time for your health try the following:
1. List out your day to day routine.
2. Make not of any 15-30 minute gaps (ps, SM scrolling = gap)
3. Make one of those windows your workout time
I spoke to a Mom of 4 last week who was waking up and turning on her workout computer from 6am-4pm by her own volition. In other words, making more time for her work than for herself. We came to the conclusion that if she wanted to be there for her kids (and her work that she loved) in another 15 years she needed to take 30 minutes in the morning to move her body and prep for the day.
