I’m a day late due to…. well, forgetfulness. I meant to bang this out yesterday morning but was a little preoccupied with a 5 Week Challenge that is starting tomorrow and making sure everything is ready for that. But that’s life and I’m here now ready to go!
Something to think about
When you miss a workout or have a greasy meal how long does it take you to get back on track? Dr. Peter Attia says a good rule to live by is to never let yourself mess up twice in a row.
Did you miss a workout? No stress, just don’t miss the next one.
Did you end up binging on McDonalds for lunch? All good, make supper a clean meal.
As I learned in the navy - We’re all going to make mistakes, just don’t make the same one twice in a row.
Recipe/Meal prep
A friend of mine sent me this link the other night and after tasting her gyro sauce I had to share it with you!
Three recipes done under 30 minutes. I’ll be making these this week. If you try them let me know which one is your favorite!

Workout
The Pyramid
Starting at one rep do:
1 Push up
1 Jump Squat
1 Biceps Curl
1 Toe Touch (on your back, feet up, reach and touch your toes)
Each round increase the reps until you get to 10. From there work your way back down to one.
For a quicker workout peak around 5 or 6 and then go back down.
