Happy Friday evening you beautiful parents.

My apologies for missing last week. It was one of those weekends that got busier than planned as I’m sure many of you out there have experienced.

Our garage to gym conversion is coming along (we have a floor!) and soon I will have a weekly workout video to share with you as well. But until then, we’re going to stick with the written word….

Something to think about

If you stayed consistent since the first time you started exercising/eating right what would your life look like now? Ponder that the next time you feel like skipping a workout or opting for the junk food.

Workout

Just a quick one I like to call this Fire and Ice:

40 seconds SLOW squats followed by 30 seconds of jump rope (3 rounds)
40 seconds SLOW push ups followed by 30 seconds of sprints (3 rounds)
40 seconds SLOW biceps curls followed by 30 seconds High Knees (3 Rounds)
